4. Payments and Fares

Fares are displayed before you confirm your ride. Laco reserves the right to adjust fares based on market conditions, weather, and traffic density. Any additional fees (if applicable) will be notified to the user in advance.

5. Cancellation of Trips

You can cancel a trip for free before the driver confirms. After the driver has confirmed and is moving to the pickup point, a cancellation fee may apply according to current policies.

Laco strives to provide stable and safe services. However, we are not responsible for indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the service, except where required by law.
